TPRF and Tutu Foundation — Online Live Event – June 15 2016

On Thursday, TPRF announced a historic YouTube Live Stream event on Wednesday 15th of June at 3 p.m. Montreal time, 8 p.m. London time.

TPRF and the Tutu Foundation UK will co-sponsor a conference attended by senior officials from UK correctional institutions and crime prevention initiatives. The stream will include the keynote address by Prem Rawat and a panel discussion about TPRF’s Peace Education Program (PEP) and Tutu Foundation’s Ubuntu program. The conference will begin with a screening (not streamed) of Inside Peace, a film that documents the remarkable impact of PEP.

This Live Stream will allow thousands of people all over the world to be part of a small, intimate event. WOPG notes with excitement the collaboration between TPRF and Tutu Foundation UK, and joins both foundations in the hope that this event will be a significant step toward positive transformation in institutions in the UK and throughout the world.

May 22, 2016: Concert for Peace is proud to sponsor A Concert with Chris & Daya at the Lion d’Or, Sunday, May 22 at 8 pm.  After three highly acclaimed annual concerts with an eclectic mix of local artists, we bring you something new this year: a Rock/Country/Pop duo with a unique sound.

If you loved the Concert for Peace, the vibe, the energy and the love in the room between artists and audience, you will loveChris & Daya, with opening act Sonja Ball & Friends of Peace.


Chris & Daya’s rich harmonies, smooth vocal strength and song writing will blow you away. Their blend of rock, folk, country and pop uplifts and carries listeners away on a magic carpet ride. They’ll perform songs from their first album The Envy of Stars as well as some brand new compositions in recording now. Daya will open their act with some solo songs at the


Opening act, Sonja Ball & Friends made a bilingual album in 2011, with Roger Sarazin, brothers Jacques & Francois Nolin, keyboardist Alain Lapointe, Jimmy James and a host of musicians. This May 22, at the Lion d’Or, Sonja, Roger, Alain and Jacques will sing in French and in English, some old and some new compositions, to open the heart and please the ear.

Chris & Daya are available after the show to sign copies of their CD The Envy of Stars.  Funds from the sale of tickets are used to support this event and to help the artists record their second album and tour in 2016.

An invitation to participate in a simulation of one of the 10 workshops of the "Peace Education Program" (PEP).

Welcome to all those interested in this unique program of the Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF)!

A great opportunity to:

  • get a first hand experience of the PEP program, just like the meetings are held with participants;

  • become familiar with the planning and preparation process for organizations hosting a PEP.

From 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. including a coffee break.

Drumming up awareness for the non-profit 3rd Annual Concert for Peace – Concert pour la Paix that will showcase both local and internationally-renowned singers and musicians on stage at Hudson Village Theatre Saturday, November 28, are (left to right) HVT executive director Kalina Skulka, Jennifer Boire, Dave Devine, and Sonja Ball who, as co-producer, says, “Perhaps we need to channel any fear or hate and focus on the very real possibilities for peace.”
